A gaucho is an Argentine cowboy. I somehow picture their hats as smaller than the average cowboy hats. Of course, Mexican sombreros are the largest. This might be because the Copper Canyon (in Mexico) is 4 times the size of the Grand Canyon. You'll see a couple of Copper Canyon pics on my site, including of the train that crawls through it. Amazing train ride.

Great to see you again! I've always enjoyed your questions and comments on the Yahoo group and hope you can add to discussions here too! But tell me something first, is that a Cowboy hat or have you been to the pampas in Argentina? It looks to me like a gaucho hat?!
