Dharma Ocean Chicago is pleased to announce that David Iozzi, a senior student of Reggie Ray, will return to Chicago this spring to lead a one-day meditation retreat.  Meditators of all levels of experience and background are welcome.   We will explore the 'Meditating With The Body' techniques taught by Reggie during his Chicago visit this fall as well as in his book "Touching Enlightenment" and new CD set "Your Breathing Body". 

The program will consist of guided meditation instruction, talks regarding the role of the body in meditation, and opportunities for group discussion.  Bring a meditation cushion as well as a blanket (for lying down meditation practice).  Chairs will be provided if you have difficulty sitting on the floor.
